Elissa lives and works on Gulli-bul land of the Bundjalung Nation. She is a founder of Arcoora - Arts and Ecology training Ground, a not for profit organisation who is working in alliance with traditional land custodians and other projects to offer experiences and learning opportunities for regeneration of the earth and the human spirit.
Personal Statement :
We live in a time that calls for deep listening. Listening to the cry of our Mother Earth, listening to our elders who have heard the echo of our ancestors. May we learn to be quiet and to listen once more. May we learn to sing the songs of the earth.
